This refreshing ginger and mint tea is the perfect afternoon “pick me up” now that warmer weather is officially here. Cooling, sweet mint is accompanied by spicy, pungent ginger offering the ultimate yin and yang of flavors. Over ice, and topped with fresh mint, what could be better? Be sure to take a look at the steeping instructions for your mint tea bags, and follow accordingly. Mine says 10-12 minutes, so I opted for 10 to let the ginger flavor equally shine through. This flavorful and gut calming tea is the ultimate porch sipping, backyard BBQing, and catching up with old friends kind of drink. Cheers to ice tea season!
