The Perfect Oven Roasted Garlic Butter Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

1 large spaghetti squash (about 3 lbs.), halved and deseeded 

1 Tbsp. olive oil 

1 tsp. salt

4 cloves of garlic, minced 

3 Tbsp. butter 

parsley, chopped, for garnish

  Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet tray with foil, and set aside.
  3. Start by halving your spaghetti squash horizontally. Scoop out and discard the seeds.
  4. Place the two halves inside facing up on your sheet tray.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the halves. Season with salt and roast for 30 minutes.
  6. Just before your 30 minutes is up, melt butter and add in garlic.
  7. Mix together, and brush over the inside of the squash.
  8. Return to the oven for 15 more minutes. After time has elapsed, use a fork to make sure the squash is fully cooked and soft.
  9. Remove from the oven to cool slightly.
  10. Add parsley to garnish and scoop out to serve.
  11. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
