Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups coconut milk (see recipe)Â
4 Bananas, sliced and frozen
2 tsp. turmericÂ
1 tsp. ginger, gratedÂ
2 Tbsp. honeyÂ
   Method Of Prep:
- Gather and prep ingredients.
- Slice bananas and freeze for at least two hours to ensure they are frozen solid.
- Assemble your high-speed blender with the standard blade attachment.
- Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into glasses or jars and serve immediately.
