Easy 5 Minute Dairy & Refined Sugar-Free Vanilla Iced Coffee

Ingredients: 

For the Vanilla Syrup:

2 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. water

2 tsp. vanilla extract 

 

For the Coffee: 

8 oz. brewed coffee, cooled to room temp

8 oz. dairy-free milk, I use almond, no thickeners

2 cups ice 

  Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients.
  2. Start by making your simple syrup. In a small pot, heat honey and water over medium heat.
  3. Once the honey has dissolved, add in the vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Get two glasses and fill them with ice.
  6. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of syrup depending on preference.
  7. Pour 4 ounces of coffee into each glass.
  8. Top with 4 ounces of dairy-free milk. Add more ice if desired.
  9. Stir. Serve immediately and enjoy!
