The Best Easy & Quick Fluffy Grain-Free Waffles
Serves 3 (2 ea.)

Ingredients:
¾ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
4 eggsÂ
¾ cup water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. honey
 Method Of Prep:Â
- Gather and prep ingredients. Heat up your waffle maker on medium heat while making batter.
- In a large bowl add flours, salt, and baking soda. Whisk together.
- Add in eggs, water, vanilla extract, and honey.
- Whisk together until blended well and batter forms.
- Grease the waffle maker with oil or butter, and fill squares about ¾ of the way full or according to directions.
- Close the waffle maker and cook until it says it is ready.
- Gently remove with a spatula or fork.
- Repeat until all the batter is gone. You will get approximately 6 waffle squares, depending on the size of your waffle maker.
- Top with butter and honey or whatever you’d like!
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
