Mango Guacamole

This mango guacamole will rock your world! Creamy, cool, crunchy, and tropical it will transport you to your happy place.  Mango gives this guacamole an extra layer of fresh and fruity flavor that compliments the citrusy lime and creamy avocado wonderfully. The red onion and spices give it just enough zest and heat to wake up your palate, without being overwhelming. This delightful dip is perfect for parties, kids’ sleepovers, or game day. This guac is extremely versatile, and I love having it on top of taco salad, in wraps, or just as it is!

Mango Guacamole

Ingredients:

3 Avocados, mashed

3 Avocados, small dice

1 Large mango, small dice 

2 Cloves garlic, grated

½ Red onion, small dice 

1 Large tomato, small dice

2 Limes, juiced 

¼ tsp. Cumin (optional) 

½ tsp. Paprika (optional) 

Salt, TT

Black Pepper, TT

      Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl mash 3 avocados.
  3. Add in all other ingredients and stir to evenly distribute.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy! You can store this in the refrigerator for up to two days. However, when storing be sure to lay covering directly on top of the guacamole to prevent any oxidation.
