Quick 20 Minute Salmon Burgers with Creamy Dill Aioli

These salmon burgers are a quick weeknight meal, packed with nutrition and flavor! They have the quality of a seaside resort restaurant, but the simplicity to easily be made at home after a long day.

Another thing I love about this recipe is how little prep there is. Plus you don’t have to chop the garlic or herbs since they will be chopped in the food processor! These salmon burgers also cook well on the grill or you can sear and finish in the oven for even less effort.

Aioli is basically a fancy term for an accompanying sauce made with a mayonnaise base. A favorite in restaurants and resorts to elevate flavor, prestige, and price tag. Now you can add this little secret to your repertoire too!

Let these Salmon Burgers transport you to the seaside resort that they taste like they came from in just 20 minutes!

¼ cup almond flour

1 Tbsp. dill fresh

2 Tbsp. parsley

2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

For the Aioli:

½ cup mayonnaise, SCD compliant

2 Tbsp. dill, chopped

1 tsp. lemon zest

2 tsp. lemon juice, fresh

  Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients.
  2. Set up your food processor with its standard S blade.
  3. Cube up salmon and place in the food processor.
  4. Pulse a few times until cubes are broken down.
  5. Add remaining burger ingredients and pulse again until combined.
  6. Carefully remove the blade and form meat into four equal patties, set aside.
  7. Heat a large skillet or cast iron over medium heat. Add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  8. Sear salmon burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  9. While salmon is cooking combine all aioli ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together, set aside.
  10. Once salmon burgers are done cooking, plate and serve topping with the aioli. I like to use a lettuce bun, and top with tomato and avocado. Enjoy!
