Craving something cold and creamy? This yogurt bark with berries and granola will hit the spot! It is so simple and delicious you’ll want to have some in your freezer all year long! With hints of vanilla and sweet honey, a fresh bite from the berries, and crunchy granola with warm baking spice you will be transported to velvety frozen bliss!
Feel free to get creative with your toppings. If you don’t have time to make the grain-free granola you can always replace it with crushed nuts of your choice. Just make sure they are in small pieces, as this treat is best enjoyed frozen. If you prefer a creamier yogurt bark use dripped SCD yogurt instead. It will have more of a ‘Greek yogurt’ texture this way and is less icy. Store this treat in the freezer for up to two weeks in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
