For Apple Filling:Â
8 Gala or Honeycrisp apples, cored, peeled, and sliced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
2 Tbsp. butter, meltedÂ
2 Tbsp. honeyÂ
2 tsp. vanilla extract, alcohol, and sugar-freeÂ
1 tsp. cinnamonÂ
¼ tsp. nutmegÂ

For Crumble Topping:Â
1 cup almond flourÂ
â…“ cup coconut flour
½ cup butter, meltedÂ
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
â…› tsp. cloveÂ
¼ cup honey
 Method Of Prep:
- Gather and prep ingredients.
- Start by peeling, coring, and slicing your apples.
- Place apples in a cast iron pan over medium heat.
- Add in lemon juice, butter, honey, vanilla extract, and spices.
- Mix to evenly coat, cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the apples start to soften.
- Set aside while you work on the topping.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl add both almond and coconut flour and whisk together.
- Add in butter, spices, and honey. Mix together well with a spatula.
- Spread crumble topping on top of apples evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
