Quick & Easy No-Churn Refined Sugar-Free Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:Â
8 cups frozen mango
½ cup honeyÂ
¼ cup lime juice, fresh (3-4 limes)Â
½ tsp. salt
 Method Of Prep:
- Gather and prep ingredients.
- Feel free to use already frozen mango to make this sorbet even easier. If you prefer to cut and freeze your own mango, be sure it freezes for at least 4 hours. You will need 8-10 mangoes if you cut and freeze them yourself.
- Set up your food processor and add your frozen mango. You may need to do this in 2 parts.
- Process for 1-2 minutes and scrape down the sides. The mango should be in very small pieces now and starting to come together.
- Add in your honey, lime juice, and salt and process again for 1-2 minutes or until nice and smooth.
- Scoop into bowls and serve immediately or transfer to a container to freeze for later. If opting to have this sorbet later, be sure to let it sit out for 10-15 minutes so it can soften and be easier to scoop. Enjoy!
