This honey dijon glazed pork loin is not only super easy to make, it’s delicious and presents beautifully too! Stylish enough to serve for a dinner party, yet easy enough to make for a weeknight meal. Most of the time in this recipe is roasting the pork loin in the oven which frees you up to work on sides or even dessert.
Sweet and tangy glaze cascades over the tender and juicy pork making for the perfect savory bite. The butter and wine provide a rich and luscious base, while the mustard adds sharpness. This is balanced out by the floral and sugary sweet honey making for one killer glaze.
