Easy Small Batch Refined Sugar-Free Slow Cooker Cinnamon Applesauce

Ingredients: 

6 cups red apples of choice, peeled, cored & chopped (6-8)

¼ cup honey

1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh 

2 tsp. cinnamon, ground (optional) 

⅓ cup water

  Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients. Set up your slow cooker.
  2. Peel, core, and chop apples.
  3. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to evenly distribute.
  4. Turn the slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
  5. Use a fork or potato masher to mash apples to desired consistency.
  6. Cool slightly, and serve immediately or cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
