Easy & Refreshing Dairy-Free Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Easy & Refreshing Dairy-Free Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 kiwi, peeled

2 bananas, ripe and peeled

2 ¼ cups nut milk of choice, no sweeteners or thickeners (I use almond)

2 Tbsp. date syrup, no sugar added 

2 Tbsp. nut butter or choice, no sugar added (I use cashew)

  Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients. If you don’t have date syrup you can replace it with honey or two pitted dates.
  2. Set up your high-speed blender.
  3. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend on high for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Pour into two glasses, garnish with a kiwi and strawberry.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy! Cheers!
