Easy One Bowl Almond Butter SCD Blondies

These easy one bowl almond butter blondies will be your new favorite no fuss dessert. One bowl, one spatula, and seven ingredients later you have a classic dessert everyone will love.

Warm vanilla, soft and subtle floral, with nutty toasted almond throughout. This flavor profile is one of my all-time favorites! Rich and chewy in the middle with that classic thin crispy crust on top, you would never know these blondies are SCD! It will be our little secret 😉 So what are you waiting for? Feel free to add walnuts to the batter if you want more of a crunch, or use chunky almond butter for something different. Store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter or in the fridge for 3 days.

                                                                                      

Easy One Bowl Almond Butter SCD Blondies

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups almond butter, no sugar added

1 egg 

½ cup honey 

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. almond extract 

½ tsp. baking soda 

½ tsp. salt

  Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  3. Line a 8×8 inch dish with parchment paper, set aside.
  4. In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour batter into your lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed cleanly.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
