Easy SCD Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

The biggest game of the year is almost here, and what would it be without some wings? As the quintessential football finger food, I wanted to recreate a classic wing flavor SCD style. Where are my lemon pepper fans at?! These lemon pepper baked wings are bursting with bright clean citrus and fresh pepper spice bringing the perfect balance to wake up your taste buds. Crispy, tender chicken wings coated in a rich butter and citrusy peppery sauce, what more could you ask for? No matter who you are rooting for in this year’s Super Bowl, one thing is for sure, these wings are a winner!

If you want more spice to your sauce feel free to add more pepper. If you want to avoid the dairy altogether you can omit the butter and add another tablespoon or two of lemon juice in its place. This still gives you all the lemon pepper flavor, and is downright delicious this way too! Happy Super Bowl watching!
