Easy 5 Minute Refreshing Dairy-Free Peach, Mango, & Ginger Smoothie

What would peach season be without a peach smoothie? Cool, creamy, ready in five minutes, with only six ingredients. Even better? Dairy-free and no banana too! 

Delicate floral sweetness from the peach brings a lovely peach color and base for this smoothie. Mango and coconut milk add a fun tropical influence. While the zesty ginger, sweet date syrup, and creamy almond milk provide balance and round out all these flavors flawlessly. 

Since we are using frozen fruit this smoothie is pretty thick. If you want the consistency to be thinner, you can always add more of either diary-free milk. Or you could use half fresh and half frozen fruit. Feel free to use any other dairy-free milk in place of almond as well. If you aren’t a fan of coconut flavor you could always just omit it and replace it with almond milk. This smoothie is easily customizable depending on your preferences and needs which is another reason this recipe is a keeper!

Easy 5 Minute Refreshing Dairy-Free Peach, Mango, & Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients: 

2 cups peaches, peeled, and frozen 

2 cups mango, frozen

1 Tbsp. ginger, grated

2 Tbsp. date syrup, no sugar added or 2 pitted medjool dates 

1 ¼ cups almond milk, no thickeners or additives 

1 ¼ cups coconut milk, no thickeners or additives

A few peach slices, for garnish (optional)

  Method Of Prep:

  1. Gather and prep ingredients.
  2. If freezing your fruit yourself, peel and slice peaches and mango. Freeze for 2-4 hours or until frozen solid. You can always use already frozen fruit for convenience.
  3. Set up your high-speed blender.
  4. Add in all ingredients except for garnish.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with a peach slice.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy! Cheers!
